In Delaney Park, between C Street and Arctic Blvd in Anchorage, there is a report of a woman in white who can be seen every day around 4pm. Sightings have been reported since the late-1980s and are thought to be connected with Nancy Marie Delaney, the wife of the man who the park was named after.
